1. General

1.1 These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to the Game (“Game”) organized by SIA AHTI (registration number 40003420708, legal address Rēzeknes iela 5E, LV-1073) in Latvia (“Company”).

1.2 These Terms apply to all persons (“Participant”), who participate in the Game and comply with the terms set out in clause 2.6.

1.3 At Company, we take the privacy of the Participants very seriously and we are compliant with the General Data Protection Regulation of the European Union. Therefore, we recommend you familiarize yourself with our Privacy Notice before you use our services which explains how we process personal data. If you do not agree to the way we process your personal data, then the only remedy available to you is to cease the use of the Website.

2. Game Details

2.1 The Game will run from April 8, 2025, to May 6, 2025 in Voodoo casino (Elizabetes street 55, Riga), concluding after the UEFA Champions League Semi-Finals stage. Entries submitted after the deadline will not be considered.

2.2 The Game will take place in Latvia.

2.3 Only natural persons, who are over 18 years old can take part in the Game.

2.4 Each Participant is eligible to take part in the Game only once per day. Multiple entries submitted by the same Participant within the same day will not be considered.

2.5 Employees or family members of the employees of the Company or its group companies are not eligible to participate in the Game.

2.6 No purchase or membership fee is required to participate in the Game.

2.7 To participate in the Game:

2.7.1 You have reached the age of 18 (eighteen) or beyond;

2.7.2 Visit a participating OlyBet Sports Bar in Latvia to watch a Champions League match;

2.7.3 Scan the QR code displayed in the participating OlyBet Sports Bar in Latvia;

2.7.4 Complete the online entry form at olybetsportsbars.com with the required details;

2.7.5 You have agreed to receive information about a possible prize as a push notification and/or SMS from the Company; and

2.7.6 You have agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

2.8 The name, surname, email address, and phone number of the Participant of the Game must be provided and will be shared to enable fulfilment of the prize.

2.9 The prizes are listed in Annex 1.

2.10 The prize winners will be selected by a randomized draw between all participants who agree to take part in the Game by submitting their information. The draw will take place on 06 May 2025.

2.11 Prizes are non-negotiable, non-transferable, and non-refundable. No cash alternative is available.

2.12 Winners of the prizes will be contacted via phone, email (if provided), or SMS.

2.13 The prizes will be delivered to the location agreed upon with the winner, or the winner will pick up the prize from a place agreed upon with the Company.

2.14 The Company has the right to ask for identification of the winner when giving the prize.

2.15 If the winner does not claim the prize within 5 (five) working days, they will forfeit the right to the prize.

2.16 In the event of force majeure, the Company reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Game or these Terms, either in whole or in part, with or without notice.

2.17 The Participant will bear all costs related to participation in the Game and acceptance of the prize.

2.18 The Participant can contact the Company by email at support@olybet.com in case of any questions or complaints.

3. Personal Data

3.1 The purpose of collecting personal data of the Participant is to process the delivery of the prize as the winner of the Game.

3.2 The personal data will be stored for the duration of 3 (three) months following the end of the Game.

4. Participant Warranties

4.1 The Participant represents and warrants that he/she is at least 18 years of age and has full active legal capacity.

4.2 By participating in the Game, the Participant agrees that the Company’s liability is limited to the maximum extent permissible. Liability will be limited to foreseeable damages arising due to a breach of material contractual obligations typical for this type of contract.

4.3 The Company isn’t liable for:

4.3.1 damages that result from a non-material breach of any other applicable duty of care;

4.3.2 possible expenses incurred by the Participant while participating in the Game;

4.3.3 the consequences arising from incorrect provision of data or other inaccuracies arising from the Participant’s fault;

4.3.4 the consequences arising from providing personal data necessary for registration on publicly accessible devices and screens;

4.3.5 technical problems or internet disruptions, which occurred on the device from which the registration was made;

4.3.6 errors, omissions, and acts of third parties or entities that cause delays in receiving prizes or playing the Game.

4.4 The limitation of liability will not apply to any statutory liability that cannot be limited to liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or willful misconduct, or if and to exclude our responsibility for something we have specifically promised to you.

5. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

5.1 Any disputes that arise shall be settled according to the procedural laws of the Republic of Latvia.

Annex 1: Prizes

Main Prize:
An all-expenses-paid trip for two to Seville to watch the final La Liga match of the season, Real Betis vs. Valencia, on May 25, 2025. The prize includes VIP treatment and an exclusive meet-and-greet with a player.

Runners-Up Prize:
An all-expenses-paid watching party for you and five friends at an OlyBet Sports Bar of your choice to watch the UEFA Champions League Final live.
